Our metal machining services at our site in Austria also include surface and heat treatment, packaging and quality assurance.

TONER is a Czech manufacturer of quality all-stainless steel cutlery, cutlery accessories and serving gastro utensils with a tradition dating back to 1883. We produce: - cutlery as separate parts and complete sets - children's cutlery - tourist cutlery - cutlery with a unique handle (with a handle of real deer privileges , porcelain handles - in conjunction with THUN porcelain, wooden handles or silver - plated - aseptic effects or gilded cutlery). For smooth cutlery surfaces, we provide laser engraving of logos, emblems, text, in black and white and color variants. It is a high quality material made of stainless steel 18/10 = precisely polished to achieve an attractive light metallic luster. In production we use materials only from suppliers from the EU. Production capacity: 1) molding, pressing, cutting material - sheet metal cutting in a width of max. 10 mm - cold presses and grinders 40 - 160 tons incl. location (coil processing 300/2 mm and max. 1000 kg) - cold drawing on a hydraulic press 100t and 160t - deep metal drawing on a double-acting hydraulic press DT II 320/200, handling space 1500/1000/1100 mm 2) surface improvement - grinding and brushing of pipes and rectangular profiles - polishing of small parts in a cylindrical grinder 3) heat treatment of - noble metals - construction and instrument steel 4) welding - processing of resistance welding machine (on blunt or sharp surface) - arc welding in protective atmosphere (manually or on WIG/TIG machines)
