The Czech company MODYMA specializes in production of machine parts by chip machining from technical plastics such as APA, PP, PET, PTFE and others. We process composite and electrical insulation materials such as glasstextite, textite, kartite, pertinax and carbon. We also machine all structural steels, alloys of aluminum, copper, brass and other non-ferrous metals and also special materials such as HADROX, INCONEL, titanium for OEM manufacturers in the whole Europe. In order to improve the appearance or anti-corrosion properties of the finished parts, we offer to our clients surface treatment of the parts produced by us. The most common finishes are: anodizing, nickel/chrome plating, galvanizing, blackening, varnishing. Our other activity is carrying out of assembly and completion of smaller assemblies and sub-assemblies in our own premises. We press positioning pins, press nuts, etc. on manual presses. The main task of the assembly workshop is the assembly, completion and testing of assemblies from parts manufactured using our own technologies.
