In particular, CHEMEGRA produces quartz-free single-use abrasives in your requested grit size and in your preferred packaging. For example, these abrasives are suitable for providing corrosion protection in bridge repairs, bodywork surface treatment, concrete repairs, facade restorations, etc. Abrasives, manufacture of various grit sizes, polished gravel and reusable abrasives, building materials for enhancing ground properties and backfill materials. We can also custom pack our customers' bulk or powdered material as part of our contract filling/refilling service in the space of just a few days. We are also willing to fill big bags (large, flexible bags), including at the customer's premises (mobile system).

On 17th September 1959, Günter Hermann Pohl entered his aerosol business under the company name Güpo in the commercial register. He produced cosmetics and technical sprays with, among other things, a filling and gas supply technology that he had developed. In 1975 the company gained "GmbH" status as a private limited company and in 1978, moved into a new building in Kehl-Sundheim. The focus here was on the production of water-based sprays, primarily of foaming materials for detecting leaks in systems pressurised using gas or air. The range is undergoing constant expansion with continuous development under the new management. In 1998, trading began with Abrasiva (raw materials for polishing and cleaning) as a new area of business. Initially, the focus was on polishing alumina (aluminium oxides, Al2O3). As these only meet a limited number of market polishing requirements, the range was soon expanded to include aluminium silicates, aluminium hydroxides and other abrasives, both synthetic and mineral.

J.H. Ziegler is your specialist partner for needle fleece materials, foam-fleece composites, non-woven materials with a multilayer structure and laminated materials with a number of different areas of application: As highly efficient acoustic absorbers in automotive interiors and exteriors; as laminating material for leather lamination or material for understitching of vehicle seats and chairs; for acoustic and thermal insulation in buildings and properties; and various other applications that include composites and abrasive discs. Currently, our manufacturing team consists of 390 employees divided across Germany, Hungary and China. In addition to synthetic fibres such as PET and PP, technical fibres such as glass and oxidised polyacrylonitrile are used. Depending on requirements, Ziegler fleeces can be water-repellent (hydrophobic), oil-repellent (oleophobic), flame-retardant and/or have insulating properties. They can be laminated with foam, leather, fabric, spun-bonded fleece, film or a number of other materials. We are certified in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OEKO TEX Standard 100.
