Vom 26.-28. April 2023 waren die Auditoren der Dekra bei BALLERSTAEDT zu Besuch und prüften das Unternehmen auf Herz und Nieren. Auditiert wurde das Qualitätsmanagementsystem zur Erlangung der Re-Zertifizierung nach DIN EN ISO 9001 sowie das HACCP-Konzept („Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points“). Das Qualitätsmanagement nach DIN EN ISO 9001 sichert eine konstante hohe Produkt- und Dienstleistungsqualität im Unternehmen, während das HACCP-Konzept eine hohe Produktsicherheit durch Risikobeherrschung ermöglicht. Des Weiteren wird die Konformität mit den Richtlinien des Codex Alimentarius bescheinigt. Wir freuen uns über das gute Abschneiden bei der Auditierung sowie die tatkräftige Unterstützung aller Mitarbeitenden zur Erlangung der Re-Zertifizierung. Mit Stolz halten wir nun unsere neuen Zertifikate in den Händen und danken dem gesamten QM-Team für diesen Erfolg!

From 26-28 April 2023, the auditors from Dekra visited BALLERSTAEDT and put the company through its paces. The quality management system was audited to obtain the re-certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 as well as the HACCP concept (“Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points”). The quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001 ensures a constant high product and service quality in the company, while the HACCP concept enables a high product safety through risk control. Furthermore, conformity with the Codex Alimentarius guidelines is certified. We are pleased with the good results of the audit and the active support of all employees to achieve the re-certification. We now proudly hold our new certificates in our hands and thank the entire QM team for this success!
