Are you looking for experienced machine parts producer in central Europe who works for a reasonable price? The Czech company MODYMA specializes in production of machine parts by chip machining from technical plastics such as APA, PP, PET, PTFE and others. We process composite and electrical insulation materials such as glasstextite, textite, kartite, pertinax and carbon. We also machine all structural steels, alloys of aluminum, copper, brass and other non-ferrous metals and also special materials such as HADROX, INCONEL, titanium for OEM manufacturers in the whole Europe. In order to improve the appearance or anti-corrosion properties of the finished parts, we offer to our clients surface treatment of the parts produced by us. The most common finishes are: anodizing, nickel/chrome plating, galvanizing, blackening, varnishing. Our other activity is carrying out of assembly and completion of smaller assemblies and sub-assemblies in our own premises. We press positioning pins, press nuts, etc. on manual presses. The main task of the assembly workshop is the assembly, completion and testing of assemblies from parts manufactured using our own technologies.

TONER is a Czech manufacturer of quality all-stainless steel cutlery, cutlery accessories and serving gastro utensils with a tradition dating back to 1883. We produce: - cutlery as separate parts and complete sets - children's cutlery - tourist cutlery - cutlery with a unique handle (with a handle of real deer privileges , porcelain handles - in conjunction with THUN porcelain, wooden handles or silver - plated - aseptic effects or gilded cutlery). For smooth cutlery surfaces, we provide laser engraving of logos, emblems, text, in black and white and color variants. It is a high quality material made of stainless steel 18/10 = precisely polished to achieve an attractive light metallic luster. In production we use materials only from suppliers from the EU. Production capacity: 1) molding, pressing, cutting material - sheet metal cutting in a width of max. 10 mm - cold presses and grinders 40 - 160 tons incl. location (coil processing 300/2 mm and max. 1000 kg) - cold drawing on a hydraulic press 100t and 160t - deep metal drawing on a double-acting hydraulic press DT II 320/200, handling space 1500/1000/1100 mm 2) surface improvement - grinding and brushing of pipes and rectangular profiles - polishing of small parts in a cylindrical grinder 3) heat treatment of - noble metals - construction and instrument steel 4) welding - processing of resistance welding machine (on blunt or sharp surface) - arc welding in protective atmosphere (manually or on WIG/TIG machines)
